Their support team is very responsive and helpful and people with little experience in photography can use their products. The Shutter Stream 360 product photography program makes the process of editing fast and easy. They also provide many online resources like tutorial videos that go over the whole process, from setting up the turntable to editing and creating a 360 product view.
What do you dislike?
I do not dislike anything so far. If I do run into some issues, I feel confident that the support team will be able to assist me.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The batch editing tool and the software workflow can really speed up the editing process once you get the hang of it!

It seemed that this system was going to give me the best bang for my investment. Did I mention that the project had to be completed within three months! The technical team was right there when I needed help getting things working properly. Once we got the system down we were able to complete between 50-70 skus a day! That started in 2016. Project done on time and we are still creating new views as products become available. The new table with hanging kit looks interesting. Michael is the CEO I believe and he was so amazing in meeting up with me on a Saturday morning so I could pick up the product from him to avoid paying shipping cost since I live close by. He is also the guy in the tutorial videos
Tyler is a sales rep slash customer support and I’m sure far more than just that. It’s just how I know him. He was amazing from the beginning when I was interested in purchasing and super helpful answering every and all questions and I had A LOT OF THEM. I even requested a demo and had the luxury of having a one on one experience with the product prior to purchasing. Through and through he was super responsive with emails, returning calls and so much more
Darian M is a part of their technical support, at least how I know him. He is also insanely fast and responsive to ALL my questions, concerns, and graciously receptive to input regarding software features and functionalities. I had a technical issue, which they had already fully explained how to use on a PC, but because I operate a MAC and found the wording difficult to translate he went ahead and rewrote it for MAC users within the week. That is freaking awesome and hard to find with any company
The Shutter Stream 360 Software is freaking awesome and rich with 360 features. It is by far the most rich in features I have been able to find. I don’t know of anything else out there like this so far in 2018
There are additional features I personally would like to see integrated into the software like batch processing of products like you would with video compression without having to learn scripting. But hey, that is just me wanting everything to work seamlessly. It’s not the end of the world to learn a little scripting and it does allow for more control over how each product is outputted to 360. It would just be nice if it were integrated into the software. I know this is most likely a costly feature to have developers design and understand why the scripting necessity. I do have an open dialogue with their Support Center regarding this and hoping to talk them into adding it **wink wink** if your reading
Iconasys also seems to have an answer or workaround for any workflow concerns your company may have from setting up to taking photos with their software to outputting using their 360 Creator. Just ask them

I know its a terrible photo but wanted to show I am real. I am still in process of configuring this new Hanging Kit they just released in May so excuse the amateurish background.
