Iconasys COVID-19 Update

To our Iconasys Family,

Together, we are facing a truly unprecedented situation. The global COVID-19 Pandemic is affecting all our families, businesses, way of life and communities. During this time, I wanted to reach out and update you on how we are approaching the situation at Iconasys.

First and foremost, our top priority is the safety and well-being of our employees, families, customers and the communities we serve. We are doing our part to help encourage social distancing in order to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 Our office and are teams are now all operating remotely and will continue to strive to deliver the highest level of customer support, products and services.

Second, even as we deal with this pandemic, our team at Iconasys remains focused on our customers. Our mission to help customers create better quality product images is unwavering and will continue to be a driving force during these challenging times. While we maneuver through this unchartered territory, our relentless commitment to your success is stronger than ever. We have put measures into place for the transition to remote working:

  • Customer Support Staff: Will continue working standard hours and are available via phone, email, live chat and remote screen sharing.
  • Sales Staff: Will be working remotely. Calls to our office line and extensions will be transferred to their cell phones. Email will also be fully functional.
  • Executive Staff: Will be working remotely. Calls to our executive team extensions will be transferred directly to their cell phones. Email will also be fully functional.
  • Billing Staff: Will be working remotely via email through a secure VPN gateway.
  • Development Staff: Will be working remotely and using teleconferencing for collaboration.
  • Warehousing/Shipping Staff: We have offloaded inventory to a secure location that will remain open. Measures for safe product handling and QC testing have been put in place. Domestic and International shipping will proceed as normal, typically with a <24 hour turnaround after order is received.

We feel we can all do our part to help customers transition through these tough times. We will be offering customers attractive discounts so if you are considering purchasing through Iconasys, please contact us for additional info.

We all have a part to play in response to the unprecedented global issues we are facing. We know this is a difficult time for everyone and we will continue to be 100% committed to supporting our staff, families, customers and communities. Stay safe!
