Accessory Used: Platinum Series Platform Extender + 48″ Turntable Platform
Camera/Lens Used: Canon EOS 60D with Canon EF 18-55mm f3.5-5.6 IS Lens
360 Product Spin Notes
We used the Iconasys 6 Light LED Studio Kit to create a High Key Lighting Technique (to shoot the 360 product spin image set on white backgrounds). We positioned 4X lights at the background and set lights to full power. We then positioned 2X lights up front to light the golf bag – these were set at 50% dimming. By doing this, when we set the correct exposure for the product, the background is blown out to white.
We applied some batch image editing in the Shutter Stream 360 Software. These included:
Levels: Minimal adjustments to white reference point to achieve white on turntable platform surface
Lasso Tool: Cut underneath the platform as this was caught in frame when shooting, then replaced with white (in a batch process)
