360 Shoe Photography Notes
We had built 360 Shoe Photography prop using a clear acrylic dowel. This included the flat end secured to a heavy piece of acrylic to act as an anchor and we cut the other end of the dowel at a 45-degree angle then glued (using acrylic glue) a clear acrylic plate to the cut end of dowel. We then put this plate inside the shoe so it propped it at a 45-degree angle.
In the Shutter Stream 360 Software, we used the 180-degree rotate feature (image composition tool) to capture this 360 Shoe Photography right side up (even though the shoe was placed upside down).
We had used the LumiPad 360 Lighting Panels at full brightness and were able to shoot this instantly on a pure white background. We did apply minor editing changes to color correction and sharpness (both edits applied in a batch process to the entire set of images with 1 click).
These editing changes were made to all images in 1 click using ‘Apply to All’ editing feature.
Using the Platinum Series LRG 360 Product Photography Turntable (although could have been shot with Silver MID, LRG or XL Turntable) and used a rotation speed of 1 (50 image capture took ~2 minutes) .
